Refund policy

At Nested Wisdom, we want you to be happy with your order. If something is not right, please contact us so we can review the issue and help make it right.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at support@nestedwisdom.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

When requesting a return, please include clear photos of the item and its original packaging. For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, photos are required so we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions, including where to send your package. If a return shipping label is provided, it will be sent after your return request has been approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@nestedwisdom.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. This helps us review the issue and determine the best solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other resolution depending on the situation.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided after your return request is reviewed and approved.

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, any return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized products
Personal care items
Beauty or hygiene-related products
Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Gift cards
Final sale items

We also cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without their original packaging.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, final sale items, or gift cards unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the item you received. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
