Thank you for shopping with Nested Wisdom Custom Products! We’re committed to making sure your order arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below, which explains how we handle processing, delivery, tracking, and more.


🚚 Free Shipping on Most Orders

We’re happy to offer free standard shipping on most all orders, both domestic and international — no minimum purchase required.


🕒 Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Processing time may be slightly extended during peak periods, limited-edition drops, or custom product creation.

If delays occur, we will notify you via email using the address provided at checkout.

⚠️ Note: These are estimated delivery times only and are not guaranteed. Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or weather disruptions.


✈️ International Shipping

We gladly ship worldwide — for free!

However, some international orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are:

  • Not included in our prices

  • Not collected at checkout

  • The responsibility of the customer

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your shipment’s progress

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


📦 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If your order is returned to us due to an:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unclaimed package

  • Refusal of delivery

You may be responsible for a reshipping fee. We are not liable for shipping delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.


💔 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" but not received, or for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

What to do:

  1. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  2. Save all packaging and take clear photos of the product and box (if damaged).

  3. Email us at support@nestedwisdom.com, and we’ll help you with documentation or a resolution where possible.
